Can I get help with my booking outside of office hours?

We prefer that you contact us during office hours, weekdays between 9 am-4 pm. In urgent cases you are welcome to call our hotline/traffic management at 08-479 32 34.

Can I get contact information for the driver who will drive my bus?

Yes, of course! Contact us after 1 pm on the day before departure and you will receive the driver’s phone number. If your journey takes place on the weekend, please contact us on the weekday before. On the confirmation that is sent out is a telephone number that you can always call. 

Can you help us with booking a guide/sightseeing tour?

Certainly! We can help with acquiring Swedish, English and German speaking guides in the Stockholm area and sometimes even other languages and cities.

How big are your buses?

Our buses have room for 50-57 passengers but we are happy to leave an offer for journeys for both fewer and more passengers.

How late can I change/cancel my bus journey free of charge?

Cancellation to our sales office conducted:

  • earlier than 7 working days prior to departure brings no charge.
  • later than 7 working days but earlier than 2 working days brings a charge of 20% of the total price of the journey. *
  • later than 2 working days prior to departure brings a charge of 50% of the total price of the journey. *
  • later than 24 hours prior to departure brings a charge of 100% of the total price of the journey. *

Use the form on Flygbussarna’s website or call Sodexo Distribution on 08-578 848 00. Telephone hours weekdays 1 pm-4 pm.
